Imperium is an AI consultancy founded by Alex Kaymakanov, built between the UK and Southeast Asia. It builds and runs AI operating systems for companies of 20 to 250 people, installs them on site, and runs its own companies on the same systems first.
Why we exist●
We started Imperium after watching good companies drown in their own tools.
The point of AI is plain: machines carry the busywork so people can carry the judgment, the relationships and the craft. We run every system on our own businesses first.
We are small by design. We install on site, stay accountable monthly, and measure ourselves on one thing: whether the owner can finally see their company whole.
